Special interests

Bereavement, divorce, childhood sexual abuse, body issues, suicidal ideation or loss of someone to suicide, diagnosis of dementia or caring for someone who has dementia, empty nest, adjusting to life with babies and retirement. My focus is on Counselling that helps people talk about their feelings which enables them to make positive changes to their life.
