Is a Registered Nurse Credentialled Diabetes Educator in Private Practice. I work the northern suburbs of Perth. At present I am working in the GP practices of St. Lukes Medical Centre, Karrinyup; Sorrento Medical Centre, Sorrento and Nollamara Medical Centre, Nollamara.  I can provide a service to people with diabetes in their homes as well as medical practices. I see people with Type I, Type II people with diabetes, insulin initiation and titration.  I am registered with Lily and NovoNordisk for insulin initiation and titration at no cost to the patient.
