Special interests
Children, adolescents, adults and couples. Lina’s therapeutic style is client centred, holistic and compassionate and works collaboratively with clients to reach therapy goals using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, imagery rescripting and reprocessing, EMDR and psychodynamic principles. She has a special interest in compassion-focused therapy, and has conducted research on enhancing mindfulness with self-compassion.
