Dr Borire is a neurologist with a subspeciality interest in nerve and muscle disorders such as nerve injury and entrapment, neuropathy, myopathy and neurodegenerative disease.

Awards and Publications

Dr Borire's research has been awarded the Jim McLeod Young Investigator Award of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists Annual meeting in 2015. In 2016, Dr Borire won the Tow Coast Association Research Early Career Awards (Open Junior Division) from the Prince of Wales Hospital, and in 2017 the Golseth Young Investigator Award, presented by the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM).
