Massage can help with a variety of issues including a feeling of muscle tightness or restriction, dull pain in the shoulder blade area or calves, a stiff neck, soreness across the back into the buttocks, a feeling of slight loss of sensation to the thigh, a pulling feeling around the knee.  Some things are minor annoyances, that you know aren't serious, but you'd like to have them fixed.  They might get worse with time, when you don't address it. It might have started after an injury, but other times the onset is gradual.  It might get better or worse with movement.
