Special interests

Anita's special interest is in gently guiding people suffering depression, anxiety and the effects of chronic stress back to an empowered sense of agency in their health and in their lives. She takes a practical approach to address the physical, mental and emotional needs of each individual client. She's also wild about Plant Medicine and enjoys prescribing tonics for acute and chronic conditions and has a core following for her elixirs.
