Special interests

Anxiety, depression and mood issues. Self-esteem, confidence, body image and insecurity issues .Ajustment issues and stress. I assist people with family, social and other relationship issues. Sleep problems & self-care are often dealt with through the course of my work with many clients. I am able to work with people on grief and loss issues. With my experience working in schools I have expertise in assisting clients with motivation issues, problem-solving & goal-setting, study skills, organisation & time management. I work with both adolescents and adults.
