I am very slim and fit (exercise regularly) but I have a huge sweet tooth and eat dessert twice a day. Can I get diabetes this way?
the 3 Fs are risk factors for type 2 diabetes. Family History Over Forty Being Fat (sorry - overweight) You can lose weight but the other 2 are out of your control unfortunately.
