Special interests

Leo works with clients of all ages, walks of life, cultural, religious and gender backgrounds. He has a particular interest in working with anxiety disorders, especially panic and agoraphobia and with those experiencing recent and past trauma and abuse and complex traumatisation and subsequent issues such as addiction, homelessness and depression. Leo has a strong interest in body-based somatic, Humanistic and Psychodynamic approaches to treatment and supporting clients on inner or spiritual unfolding. He also works with brief approaches such as the Cognitive-Behavioural and Solution Focused in an open, supportive relationship driven by where the client is at in the present moment.
