Special interests

I tend to take a Neuropsychological perspective in the treatment of Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Ageing, Grief, Post Natal Depression and combine this with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help the client understand what is happening and to focus on strategies to manage it. I also use Schema Therapy when treating long standing and more complex difficulties.
